Show Notes

Prayer and meditation can cause our brains to be yellow.

That's a good thing.

Red is good too. Another good color for the brain.

Our wellness can be found in color.

The color of our brains is linked to our proximity to God. Talking to Him and meditating on His Word can make us colorfully well.

We live in exciting, colorful times, because medical science is now able to confirm what Believers have known for centuries--that our health is contingent upon our prayer life and meditation with God.

The colors prove it, we just didn't know this until recently.

The source of all good health is God and when we spend time with Him, we change colors! Our brain does anyway. It turns yellow, and really, doesn't this make perfect sense? C'mon! Moses came down from a mountain GLOWING after spending time with the Creator.

All I can really say is, wow. Just. Wow. You are going to want to listen to what our guest has to say today.

We talk about a joyful heart being the best medicine, and about other things too that will paint your world, like the importance of Vitamin D, which I am personally on a crusade to get the word out about.

I am so excited to have Physician Assistant Allison Rolston with us, I have asked her to come back and talk with me once a month, here on COLOR SPEAK.

That's right, every FOURTH FRIDAY Allison will be with us to talk about The Holy Spirit and our health!

These are exciting times, indeed. We can be so encouraged!

Because if we can change our minds, we can change our world.

It all starts with meeting with Jesus for regular prayer and meditation. That's were we find the transformation of our minds which produce the colors of good health.

Be renewed in the spirit of your minds. ~ Ephesians 4:23

Put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator. ~ Colossians 3:10

Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus. ~ Philippians 2:5

My people perish for a lack of knowledge. ~ Hosea 4:6

Finally, sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. ~ Philippians 4:8
