Show Notes

There may be an obstacle between you and your healing.

Just one.

But it's a doozy.

What may be blocking you from experiencing complete wellness is something you can change.

Something ONLY you can change.

Unforgiveness.

Yep. That one itty bitty pesky little thing you keep at the back of your heart closet might be the culprit. Or maybe you keep it out on display, like a coffee table book.

Whatever it looks like, unforgiveness is like a mold that needs to be dealt with until there isn't a spore of it left.

Because until you pull it out for inspection, look it squarely in the face and deal with it, it may be the one ugly thing standing in the way of your optimal mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.

This issue isn't confined to the blessings of faith posture. It's something the medical community acknowledges as a problem too.

No wonder Jesus told us we had better forgive others in order to receive forgiveness ourselves.
