Show Notes

Light is where you’ll find truth; truth is where you’ll find color.

Color is where you’ll find God.

Color is God.

It’s his love for you.

Can you imagine a monotone world? Of course not! God gave us color but he says this world we know is but a shadow of things to come. He tells us our minds cannot imagine what he has prepared for us in the next. The color will undoubtedly blow our minds!

Color here on earth is defined as the property possessed by an object of producing different sensations on the eye as a result of the way the object reflects or emits light.

Light is what makes color happen.

Color is a product of light and God IS light, so there you have it.

Light is what causes us to celebrate diversity—the colors of our skin, the textures of our hair, the talents we possess.

Our cultural uniqueness.

Our experiences.

Our stories.

The world around us.

Our guest today is a woman whose story involves motherhood and missionary work, but not in that order, as well as a love for people of other cultures and farming.  Laura is also a Bible study teacher at a Kansas City area church.

And, as a Kansas native, she loves Kansas even more than I do!

You'll love her, so please listen in!
