Light is what makes color happen.
Color is a product of light and God IS light, so there you have it. God is color.
When we emit our own light, reflective of his, we color our world.
With this in mind, our God must be first. If he isn't first in everything we do, if he isn't the first person we go to, our light is dimmed, our color diminished, the world deprived of our own, unique artistic contribution.
We can paint in the hard times.
Which means, when live gets difficult, when marriage becomes a struggle, if we choose to put our God first, we choose to live in promise.
Color is all about promise.
