Show Notes

Light is where you’ll find truth; truth is where you’ll find color.

Color is where you’ll find God.

Color is God.

It’s his love for you.

We know light is what makes color happen.

Color is a product of light. So, if God IS light, that means color testifies!

To the everlasting goodness of a good God.

One who wants us to fill us with COLOR.

Have you ever thought of color this way?

How about the rainbow? Have you considered that perhaps the reason it resonates so powerfully within your heart is not only because it paints goodness in the skies after storms, but because it reminds of God’s love and myriad promises for us?

The colors we see here on earth, aren’t even close to what we will see in heaven. God has not only given us a glimpse of what awaits us, but what we can experience to a degree here on earth is highlighted this way. In this way, color represents so much.

Today we are going to talk about how color symbolizes freedom.

Life is all about dynamic, sacred purpose—that’s what we celebrate here. Freedom is all about feeling uninhibited when embracing our God-given assignments. We were meant to flourish in freedom, to be all we were meant to be!

No apologies, no excuses.

COLOR SPEAK is all about empowering women to relevance restoration, because we are human. This condition allows us to step into sticky places on occasion. More often than not we flounder or even wallow there. We become stuck. But God’s unlimited grace restores our minds to purpose! There we become socially influential in that we are able to encourage others to theirs as well.

There, we wear the gift, as Sally says.

Wear the gift my friends!

(Oh, and please excuse the strange interference that occurs in the beginning of our conversation. :-0)

Sally Livingston is the author of the book, Get Over It: Four Steps to Breaking Free from the Stuck Cycle.

She is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a church ministry leader with over 25 years of professional experience. I love her positioning statement:

Sally Livingston works with people caught in the trap of believing they have to live out of what they’ve been given or experienced. She helps them move to a place of freedom that only comes by accepting God’s truth about who they are and where they can go in life.

1 Corinthians 3:16

Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?
