COLOR SPEAK, Season 5, Episode 20: Be the Prophet of Your Own Life with Ash West
"...Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls.'" Jeremiah 6:16
Looking to the past for our Creator's counsel enables us to find His wisdom painted in living color through the ages.
AND observing His present while engaging with His Holy Spirit enables us to embrace His glorious new.
God is always moving in BIG ways. He is always teaching us something new within the old.
Unless we permit obstacles to lodge on the road He is laying out for us, where bright and shiny objects may lure us away from our intended path. The old and the comfortable may block us too.
Our God is never stagnet. How can our relationship with Him be?
Today, Ash and I talk through some of the ways we navigate the confusion and the mystery of what the Holy Spirit is doing that is new and fresh, while staying grounded in the old.
There are SO many messages and opinions these days. So many prophetic voices. Amen! Though a collective consciousness is arising in His people, there is still a lot of conflicting information.
How do we make sense of it all and stay on the same page with one another?
It starts with an intimate relationship with Him. What happens in your alone moments with your Savior is what will renew your mind, far greater than any attraction designed to intercede.
